• End to End accountability and portfolio view of all ‘Infrastructure’ demand.
  • Managing Demand queue on Service Now (all global Infrastructure requests).
  •  Review SOW's / PWO's when returned from Suppliers.
  • Maintain a full understanding of E2E Demand process.
  • Create RFC and Minor Enhancement documents on behalf of the business.
  • Proactively manage relationships with all appropriate internal business units.
  • Supplier management in relation to Demands (Verizon, DXC, Infosys).
  • Managing Demand triage calls with suppliers, TNT and FedEx.
  • Escalation management in relation to Demand and Suppliers.
  • Attend weekly / monthly / annual service / escalation review calls / meetings with Suppliers.
  • Initiate projects which stem from Demands.
  • Service Improvement reviews with Third parties / processes.
  • Bespoke report production around Demand / Demand process.
  • Get involved with larger projects as and when required.
  • Significant BRM project requirements.Responsible for creating and maintaining project documents , assessing resource requirements and assigning/scheduling tasks for the lifecycle of the project.
  • Notable projects delivered are :
  • Migrating business Electronic EDI messaging for Orders/Invoicing/dispatch Advance Shipping Notices from on premise to outsourced hosted solution with no loss of service (inbound orders via EDI circa £1m per day).
  • MPLS service provider migration of the meshed PWAN across the business' 7 UK sites running 24/7, ensuring all business critical services were uninterrupted (e.g. EDI, ERP, data centre access, VPNs, mail etc).
  • Transitioning legacy IP networks/subnets.
  • Migrating despatch systems for Mark and Spencers across three sites to a new method.
